Come explore Alaska in classic elegance; teak deck chairs, a wrap-around promenade deck, mid-sized ships with fewer passengers, king crab legs for 2 on your private verandah. Holland America Line ships were built for luxury and for allowing their passengers to experience Alaska and the Yukon in the best way possible.
Holland America Line offers a wider selection of Alaska itineraries and is the only cruise line to offer Glacier Bay National Park on all of their major cruise itineraries. In addition, the 14-day Alaskan Adventure give you the opportunity to experience more ports, more glaciers, and more wildlife than some encounter in a lifetime. Why come all this way and get shorted on all this?
Holland America Line brings you three major cruise itineraries in Alaska.
- Alaskan Explorer & Adventurer Cruises – offering 7- and 14-day itineraries; roundtrip Seattle, Washington
- Glacier Bay Inside Passage Cruises – offering 7-day itineraries; roundtrip Vancouver, British Columbia
- Glacier Discovery Cruises – offering 7-day itineraries running northbound and southbound between Vancouver, British Columbia and Seward (Anchorage), Alaska
Seven days in Alaska just isn’t enough? You can extend your vacation with many of our pre- and post- cruise packages or join us on one of our many cruisetours. |

7-Day Glacier Discovery Cruise |
Head northbound or south on one-way cruises that explore the spectacular sights of the Inside Passage, as well as the glacier-clad shores of Southcentral Alaska. The Glacier Discovery Cruises include your classic Alaska ports of Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway, but also take quite a bit of time to tour some of the most scenic and popular glaciers; Glacier Bay and College Fjord. Holland America Line offers northbound itineraries from Vancouver and southbound itineraries from Seward (Anchorage) where you can spend a full day in Glacier Bay, witness the sun rise or set on the magnificent peaks rimming College Fjord, and discover the charm of these great Alaskan cities. |

7-Day Glacier Bay Inside Passage Cruises |

The Glacier Bay Inside Passage Cruise offers the classic Alaskan cruise for your first time to Alaska or your fifth time back. Alaska's Inside Passage runs 500 miles from Ketchikan to Yakutat and it is well known for its abundant marine and wildlife, towering mountains and scenic glaciers.
The Glacier Bay Inside Passage Cruises offer convenient round-trip service from Vancouver, giving you the opportunity to extend your vacation pre- or post-cruise in beautiful British Columbia. Scenic cruising at Glacier Bay, Tracy Arm and Sawyer Glaciers, and stops at some of Alaska’s major sights including Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway are also highlights of this cruise. |

7 to 14-Days: Alaskan Explorer & Adventurer Cruises |
Holland America’s Alaskan Explorer Cruises provide travelers with a 7-day “highlights of Alaska” journey. These spectacular 7-day Alaskan cruises sail in and out of Seattle, Washington, allowing for sightseeing in Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca (with a stop at Victoria, British Columbia in between).
Choose from two itineraries: the first featuring scenic cruising through Glacier Bay National Park, one of the top reasons why travelers journey to Alaska. The second itinerary features cruising through Hubbard Glacier, which advances faster than almost any other glacier on the continent. Truly, a site to behold.
And because 7-days sometimes isn't enough to experience all that Alaska has to offer, we recommend Holland America's 14-day Alaskan Adventure. This medley includes both Glacier Bay and Hubbard Glacier, as well as Tracy Arm and Sawyer Glaciers. This adventure also includes stops at the incredible ports of Skagway (home of the gold rush), Homer (the halibut fishing capital of the world), and Kodiak (named after it's most famous inhabitant, the Kodiak Bear). |
